To facilitate you in calculating the general amount, juts download the .xls format file that you'll find further, open it like a normal Excel file, insert in the only modifiable cell (D2) the total area involved and press enter. In the various cells the amounts pertaining to the various options will be displayed.

The square meter (m²) is utilized as a unit of measurement; if you use Anglo-Saxon system in square feet (sq-ft), the value to enter is given by the formula sq-ft /10.76.

You'll note that the cost for square meter is not linear, but decreases as the area increases; this because there are basic common activities that involve some fixed costs, regardless of the area in question.

However, the actual estimate will be the one we supply you, still utilizing the same calculation base, but verifying in details your actual needs (i.e.: if it is necessary rendering the interiors of a 40 m² apartment, we'll insert the value of 40, but if you wish also the external view with plants, underground garage and swimming pool, it is going to be necessary to insert another figure; this is needed to prevent unpleasant misunderstandings).

We work by utilizing preferably the IT channels, therefore, the sending of the materials necessary to the correct processing of our work (photographs, drawings, maps, .dwg files, etc.) can be done through electronic mail, same goes for sending our print-outs (rendering, documentation, maps, etc.) to you.
