a portion allocated to offices, services and meeting-teaching room properly
equipped (PC network, printers, A1 format plotter, wide-screen video projector, etc.)
and summer/winter air conditioned used for the daily work, theoretical training,
informational and presentations;
the remaining about 500 m2 free space for the use of exhibits
and/or practical training;
9 reserved car parking located on the upper level and served by stairs
or elevator.
In addition to the theoretical-practical training pertaining to "Top Residence",
"Maintenance for Private Clientele", "Maintenance and Management of High Performing
Buildings", we supply a training service pertaining to "Installation of Accessories" and
"Cleanings and Operation of End-of-Construction" targeted for residential buildings.
We can supply a service of support to those Companies which desire to hold
training and/or refinement courses for Area Operators. Placing at disposal our spaces and
means in a transparent manner for the Company.
Nearby our offices, at about 100 m., there is a cafeteria offering food service
facilities for Companies located in the area; within one kilometer there are a series of
restaurants, hotels, B&B and agritourims for logistic lodging.
Our geographical location is centralized in reference to the Trentino-Alto Adige
Region, located between Bolzano and Trento, at the entrance to the Valle di Non and Val di
