By gathering all the information pertaining to materials such as type, codes, color, finishing, method of laying, installer, maintenance person, etc., we can draw-up a "User Manual", which will then be handed to the User and the "Servicing Manual", which will be handed to the Manager.

The "User Manual" will contain a series of information useful and necessary for a correct management of the property, while the "Servicing Manual" will contain all those information, certifications, information notes, planimetry and technical drawings necessary for a correct and diligent maintenance of the property by the Operator, whether it may be a Facility Management, a Real Estate Agency or Administrator.
