Giacomo Carone, born in Trento in 1962, industrial technician in
telecommunication, lives and works in Mezzocorona (TN) - Italy.
Owner and Sole Director of B&G Studio S.r.l., a company handling the Project
Integration (optimization of projects in team, in addition to the study and managing
pre-delivery of buildings and programmed maintenances).
Has matured experiences in the field of installations, electronic maintenances and
repairs for the military, pharmaceutical and civilian sectors, managing special projects in
banking, civilian and industrial buildings maintenances.
Fields of interests LEED®:efficiency in the use of water,
maintenances according to the ratings in the subject, advanced auditing for the Client in
order to optimize ratio wishes-costs-benefits.
Founding member of GBC Italia.
Currently we are implementing plans for replicating the activity on broad scale,
in order to meet the most evolved construction ratings.
Plus we are studying integrated solutions for TLC networks that would allow
monitoring objects of properties at the macro levels and not just building.
Bruna Rizzi, born in Vicenza in 1968, wife as well as partner
of Giacomo Carone.
Partner of B&G Studio S.r.l. since its establishment, holds the role of
"Coordinator of Activities" and "Secretary".
Has matured experiences for years in the field of Personal Services
(hairdresser and beautician), reaching an excellent sensitivity in dealing directly with
the Clientele.
For a period she has held the exclusive role of "Mother" in order to follow
up-close the raising of two daughters, giving them priority over the working career.
When the two daughters reached school age, she has helped Giacomo in the
previous activity of domestic maintenances as contact person for the Clients, Suppliers
and Business Agents in addition to the secretary services.
She is familiar with the uses of MS Office, OpenOffice on PC and NeoOffice on
Mac, in addition to ArchiCAD on Mac platform.
She diligently and actively take part in the various training and information
courses proposed by Suppliers of Trade Associations pertaining to materials, regulatory
applications and anything else pertaining to the building sector.
She keeps constantly updated on the various building ratings and new products
coming on the market, LEED® in the first place.
She is an important point of reference inside the Company thanks to the
remarkable "feminine" element of taste and love for the beautiful, completing the
pragmatism of Giacomo, in order to achieve the optimum result of beauty and practicality.
